Francesco De Pascalis is a Senior Lecturer in Financial Law at Brunel University London. Prior to joining Brunel, he worked as a research fellow at the chair for banking and finance law held by Professor Kern Alexander at the University of Zurich, where he contributed to research and teaching activities in the field of Corporate Law, Banking Law and International Finance Law. He obtained his PhD in 2015 at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS), University of London, where he is also involved as a visiting lecturer.
