Despoina is a Doctoral Researcher in Law at Brunel University London, Lecturer in Law at London Brunel International College, Visiting Lecturer at Greenwich University, Research Assistant at Brunel University London and member of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence at Brunel.
Despoina’s main research areas include copyright enforcement and infringement in the video game industry, intermediary service providers’ liability and artificial intelligence. Despoina teaches core modules to foundation and first year law students at London Brunel International College and IT law to third year student at Greenwich.
Despoina presented her research at the Law PhD Conference in October 2020, for which she was awarded with the first prize in Private Law, and at the Poster Conference 2021.
