Dr Asieh Tabaghdehi received her PhD in Economics and Finance in 2014 from Brunel University London. She joined Brunel Business School in January 2020, and prior to joining Brunel Business School, she was a senior lecture at Regents University London. She has many years of experience as a practical problem-solver in economics, finance, and business management in different sectors such as energy, financial markets, international business, and small medium enterprises. Her research interests include: AI and digital economy, ethics and corporate sustainability, pricing and competition analysis, trading strategy and risk management, and financial modelling. Dr Tabaghdehi has published in international academic journals such as the Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, and Journal of Asia-Pacific Financial Markets. She has presented her research output at international conferences, workshops, and universities. She is on Editorial board of the International Journal of Applied Management Theory and Research, and journal of Organisational Studies and Innovation. Dr Tabaghdehi is a member of UK Energy Institute and fellow member of the UK higher education, and fellow member of Chartered Management Institute.
