Meet the team

Welcome to Brunel University London’s Development and Alumni Relations Office.

Our role is to work with the Brunel community in order to raise significant philanthropic funds for Brunel whilst building mutually beneficial relationships with our world-wide network of alumni and other friends.

Below you can see more about the individual roles and responsibilities of the team as well as ways to contact us.Our Office location is 210 Halsbury.

Clive Gee - Director of Development and Alumni Relations

Clive is tClive Geehe head of the office and has overall responsibility for the Development and Alumni Relations strategy. Alumni and supporters can contact Clive about working with the University, giving to Brunel, or any aspect of the work of the team. Clive is also a key point of contact for graduates, employers and the supporters interested in working with the University on the Made in Brunel showcase for design, engineering and innovation.

Victoria Phillips - Senior Alumni Officer

Victoria PhillipsAlumni can contact Victoria about reunions and events, offering work placements or giving careers talks to students, Link magazine and all other alumni communications. Victoria would also be pleased to speak to alumni about any other general enquiries they might have.

Katharina Stobbs - Senior International Alumni Officer

Katharina StobbsAlumni living outside of the UK are encouraged to contact Kat with any questions they may have. She is especially keen to hear from any international alumni who would like to start an alumni group in their area, organise events or discuss international student placements & mentorships. Kat is eager to connect with as many of our international alumni as she can and help make their alumni experience as rewarding as possible.

Mohammed Alam - Development Officer

Mohammed AlamMohammed is responsible for raising funds and securing grants from charitable trusts and foundations. Grants secured are used to support students through scholarships, bursaries, prizes and awards; to provide new infrastructure and improve existing facilities; and to support Brunel’s research culture. Key development areas are diverse and range from design and engineering to medical research and environmental science. Mohammed is keen to work with any organisation interested in funding and supporting the work of Brunel.

Hilary Whale - Alumni Database and Website Manager

Hilary WhaleHilary manages the Development Office's alumni and contacts database and the Brunel Alumni web pages making them a flexible and reliable medium of communication with Brunel's stakeholders. This provides an effective support system for Brunel University's fundraising programmes, ensuring that the content is regularly updated and that graduates can use the website effectively.

Lee Collins - Alumni Database and Website Assistant

Lee CollinsLee assists with updating the Development Office’s contacts and alumni database and web pages, compiling quarterly e-newsletters and issuing Alumni Cards upon request.

Jessica Kath - Development and Alumni Research Officer

Jessica is responsible for the research and management of development prospects for Brunel's fundraising programmes in order to improve the University’s knowledge of, and connection to, key contacts both within the alumni community and beyond. She also informs the DARO team’s strategy to increase constituent engagement and facilitates policies for good practice in research and work with prospects, also ensuring that Office complies with Fundraising Regulation and Data Protection policies
